PRO USA'S HISTORY
Pro USA, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) Organization based in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota with registered branch in the Republic of Liberia dedicated to providing aid, education, relief, and resources to underserved, disadvantaged individuals and families, focusing on those who live in Liberia or have immigrated to the United States from Africa. Our programs and services provide our target population group with opportunities to overcome the obstacles that plague their communities and their people.
The goal of Pro USA, Inc. is to educate and empower youth through sports, and build positive relationships through civic engagement, and relevant social and recreational activities.
Pro USA, Inc.’s projects, implemented by a committed and well-trained staff, support the development of ability, knowledge, and health. It is the goal of Pro USA, Inc. to provide underserved, at-risk individuals and families with a strong foundation for future success and self-sufficiency.
Individual empowerment and self-determination are strong components of our organization. Founders organized Pro USA, Inc. to counteract deficiency and disadvantage and to enable long-term stability and improved quality of life.
It is in this direction that the Professionals in the United States of Americas “PRO USA Inc.”, a 501 c 3 not-for-profit organization, was founded on May 5, 2008 by enthusiastic Liberians residing in the United States of America specifically in the state of Minnesota who saw the need to partnership with the Government of Liberia, sporting federations, and other humanitarian organizations in its endeavor to empower and capacitate the youths in identifying their potentials through sports.
The organization has since expanded its membership to other nationals; and has successfully established a coordinating arm in Liberia through which its interest and activities are supervised.
